Rockstar has not confirmed a price for GTA 6. The studio locked in a Nov. 19 release date late last year and said it was using extra development time to refine the game and meet fan expectations.
GTA 6 has been delayed multiple times for unclear reasons. Opening preorders suggests Rockstar remains confident in that Nov. 19 launch window.
An automotive company has announced an operational shutdown on the game's release day as it does not expect many workers to show up.
Bank of America analyst Omar Dessouky told Seeking Alpha last month that the game could be priced at $80. The game has a reported budget of over $1 billion. Microsoft backpedaled last year on plans to charge $80 for PC and Xbox games.
